Court Booking Rules

• Squash Members of Burrow Sports & Fitness Centre must register to use this booking system. Please click here for the New User Registration Form. Please note your registration will need to be approved by sfaff during open hours before you receive login details.
• Squash Members can book courts 14 days prior from 7 am. In other words, you can only book from 7 am onwards on the day if booking to play 14 days in advance -- all other playing times within 14 days can be booked 24/7.
• Members should select their playing partner / opponent's name to show on the booking sheets.
• Court fees: £6 per 40 minutes to be paid at the bar.
• IMPORTANT: Check-in/No-Show policy:
  • Members with bookings must check-in at the bar to confirm court usage and pay the £6 court fee.
  • Failure to check-in will log the booking as a "no-show" and the court fee will remain due.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • When unable to use a reserved court, members should cancel as soon as possible so that others may use the court.
  • The system will automatically log a "late-cancellation" when is no refund within 48 hours prior to start time, unless the same court and start time is re-booked -- in this case the booking fee is automatically refunded.
